Our team of nurses have asked for us to advise all patients of our urine sample requirements.

Here is how to correctly request that your urine sample is tested:

• Always use of our yellow sample containers – if you are in need of one of these please collect from our reception.
• When dropping off a sample to reception a team member will carry out a questionnaire form including any symptoms (if someone is handing in the sample on your behalf please make sure they have as much detail as possible).
• Please ensure your sample is handed in before 13:00 due to collection times.
• You will only be contacted if your result comes back abnormal.
